After 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles in Human Resources, focused on talent, organizational development, leadership coaching, employee engagement, 100 Best Employer List applications and communication, HR strategy and governance, as well as mergers & acquisitions work, Lisa was most recently the Vice President of Human Resources Practices for Stryker Corporation, a Fortune 300, global medical device company. She brings a broad experience to her practice including coaching through all business cycles, leadership assimilation and transition, C-suite interactions, and change management. Her approach for over 25 years has been to select talent using a strengths-based approach, to maximize talent by matching strengths to best-fit roles and environments, and to build highly engaged organizations that drive customer loyalty and business results. She has enjoyed leading global multi-discipline teams in direct, remote and matrixed structures.
